Cancellation & Refund Policy​

Refunds Prior to Program Commencement

• Participants may receive a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days before the program start date.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

Refunds During the Program

• Once a program has commenced, refunds will generally not be provided.

• In exceptional circumstances, such as injury or serious illness preventing participation, a request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Where approved, a credit may be issued for any remaining unattended sessions.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or credits will not be provided for:

• Absences due to holidays or family travel.

• Missed sessions resulting from personal commitments or scheduling conflicts.

• Failure to attend a session without prior notice.

Weather & Venue Closures

• If a session cannot proceed due to adverse weather conditions or venue closures, Tecnico Football Academy will endeavour to arrange a make-up session where practical.

• If a replacement session cannot be offered, a credit may be applied toward a future Tecnico program.

• Participant's full name

• Program name

• Reason for withdrawal or refund request

• Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

Additional Terms

• Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

• Credits issued are non-transferable and may only be used for future Tecnico Football Academy programs.

• Tecnico Football Academy reserves the right to assess each request individually and make the final decision regarding refunds and credits.
